01 What this site is, and who runs it

getstonked, on the web and in its iPhone app, launches Solana tokens on Raydium's LaunchLab curve priced in tokenized stocks or crypto assets from its catalogue, pairs tokens you already have in Raydium pools with the same assets, and pays holders from those pools' fees. Your own wallet's key never reaches the site: anything that moves from your wallet moves in a transaction you sign in your wallet app.

The operator is the site's author, who runs the server, the worker and the payout wallet described below; the way to reach them is under Contact. getstonked holds no licence or registration as a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser or fund, anywhere.

A launch is Raydium's program, from your wallet. The transaction you sign opens a curve under Raydium's LaunchLab program, priced in the stock you picked; the site holds none of the supply and puts no money in. What buyers pay sits in that program until the curve is filled; then Raydium's crank moves it, with the unsold tokens, into a Raydium pool it locks, and mints the pool's fee key to the site's payout wallet. Raydium's program never closes a curve and never refunds it.

02 Custody

Traders' funds are in Raydium's program. The stock a buyer pays on a curve sits in the curve's vault until the crank moves it into the pool; a pool's reserves are Raydium's CPMM. The site holds neither, cannot move either, and signs nothing on a buy, a sell or a swap.

The payout wallet. The site runs one wallet of its own, whose key is held on the site's server. Raydium makes every graduated pool with that wallet as the pool's creator and locks every LP token under its fee key, so the pool's two fee streams arrive there. It holds: the fee key of every pool; the milestone ladder's tokens — a launch's own buy, moved there in the launch transaction, and the share a paired token's creator sends for a ladder; fees claimed from a pool and awaiting the next payout; stock a creator sends as a top-up, split by a round of that token under the creator's saved rules once filed within 7 days of sending, left there if never filed, and not refunded either way; team vesting balances; payouts filed as claims; payouts under $1 kept for their holders until they reach $1; founder locks; and, on the website only, competition prize pots. It signs every payout. All of it is on record and public on chain.

A token brought here. Its creator opens the pool from their own wallet — their token and the stock they pick — locks the whole position in Raydium's lock program, and hands the pool's fee key to the payout wallet. Your token and your stock go from your wallet straight into the pool; the site never holds either. Only the Fee Key — the right to harvest the pool's fees, never the liquidity — reaches the payout wallet. The site puts no money in.

A curve the site did not open. A curve opened under the site's platform id from outside this site accrues its curve fee and, once graduated, its pool's fees to the payout wallet like any other. Nothing is paid out for it until its creator signs a payout policy here, or a holder takes it over under the takeover rule below; it is marked unverified until then.

03 Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. The service is not offered to US persons, or anywhere the issuers of the tokenized stocks do not offer their tokens — xStocks, for one, are not offered in the United States or to US persons. The issuers apply their own rules independently of this site, and you are responsible for knowing whether you may hold or trade these instruments where you live. Do not use this site if you may not.

04 What you post

Profiles, token names, tickers, descriptions, pictures, links, pair notes, and the note and links of a coin you run are public. Do not post anything objectionable, abusive, sexual or hateful, and do not impersonate anyone — a person, a company or this site. There is no tolerance for it.

Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the wallet that posted it is stopped from posting. To report something, press Report beside it, or write to the address under Contact below. Beside it too: Hide this token and Block this creator, which take it off your own screen at once.

05 Fees

The site's fee on a launch is on the curve. Every trade on a curve pays 1.1% in the stock: 0.5% to the token's creator, paid by the program into a Raydium vault only their key can claim from; 0.25% to Raydium; 0.35% to the site, for its running costs. The rates are fields of the site's platform account on Raydium; the launch page reads them back and pauses launches if they ever differ from the ones written here. Nothing else is charged to you on that road: no fee at launch, and no fee on top of a swap in the pool. The site's part of the pool's fees, once the pool exists, is below. A launch costs network rent — SOL held in the new accounts, not paid to anyone — and ordinary network transaction fees, and, if you choose, a buy of your own token from the curve as it opens, paid in stock that stays on the curve.

The site's fee on a pairing is at the pairing. 5% of the stock you put in goes to the site, in the pool transaction. It is taken in the same transaction that opens the pool, to the site's treasury, and it is the site's take at the pairing; its other take on that road is out of the pool's fees, below, never out of your wallet. Raydium's pool-creation fee and the rent are the creator's, paid in that transaction.

A graduated pool's fees are the holders', less the site's part. A pool that Raydium makes when a curve is filled sits on Raydium's tier of a 0.25% trading fee to the liquidity position plus a 1% creator fee taken in the stock only, and both reach the payout wallet — the trading fee through the fee key, the creator fee because Raydium names the payout wallet as the pool's creator. The payout wallet keeps 0.35% of every trade's value out of them for the site — a rule of the site's payout worker, not of any program, worked out from each harvest and the tier's rates and printed on every round's record — and pays the rest to every holder pro rata, in the stock, by the schedule and split the creator signed at launch: 90% to holders by default, never under the category's floor, a split the creator may re-sign only in holders' favour; the team is paid after holders. There is no top-N list and no dollar minimum to be paid: a payout under $1 is kept for its holder and added to until it reaches $1, then sent or filed as a claim. The creator-fee stream is never paid by selling the token.

A paired token's pool fee is the holders', less the site's part. A pool opened on the pair road sits on Raydium's 1% tier, its trading fee to the locked position, which the payout wallet harvests through the fee key its creator handed over; a pool opened permissionlessly carries no creator fee. Holders are paid from the first round when the pool opens with $10,000 of locked liquidity behind it; under that it is a starter, whose fees pay holders nothing until it graduates. The decision is made once, on the depth the pool opens with, and never re-made from a later depth. On a starter — and on a pool the site itself opened before this road, on stock its fees pay back first — until that token graduates that fee stays in the pool and deepens it, and no round pays; the round that graduates a starter harvests the fees it built up and locks them back into its pool, and the site's part starts from the next. From then, as from the first round on a pool that opened over the line, every round keeps the same 0.35% of every trade's value for the site, printed on its record, and pays the rest out by the token's rules, in the stock; graduation — $10,000 of locked liquidity behind it, the depth on the token's page, and no market cap — is one way. The three pairs the site opened before the curve existed sit on Raydium's 0.25% tier, carry no creator fee, and keep their split as it was: no part of their fees is the site's. A pool's page reads its own rate.

Payout costs come out of the fees. Network fees, and the rent for holders who have never held the stock, are paid from the harvested fees, so no bill reaches the creator. When the team's side of a round can carry them, it does, and holders are paid their share of the whole round; otherwise they come off the top before the split. A round waits while its cost is more than a quarter of it, or more than the team's side when that is larger.

The token's rules. The creator sets the holders' share and the schedule — for a launch, in the message that records the curve, so the graduated pool pays that way with no further signature — which can move in holders' favour but never against them, and what the team's side pays for: buying the token back and burning it; a basket of several stocks, where a stock the token has no pool for is bought through Jupiter out of the holders' share, at market, with the slippage borne by that share; and, on the website only, not in the iOS app, a trading competition whose prize comes from the team's side and payments to the wallets whose links brought a round's buyers. Every one of these is shown on the token's rules and its page. Nothing here is a promise of return.

Raydium charges its own share of every curve trade, its cut of a pool's trading fee, and a pool-creation fee on a pool opened on the pair road, which its creator pays. What the site keeps out of a pool's fees is not a charge of Raydium's and not written in any program: it is the site's rule, and every round's record shows it.

The milestone ladder is a custody, not a program rule. The tokens a creator buys at launch move to the payout wallet in the launch transaction and are held there under the ladder the creator signed, released to holders as each market cap is reached and held, each rung a receipt with its transaction. The payout wallet's key is the site's; nothing on chain enforces the ladder.

06 The quote assets are third-party instruments

The tokenized equities and ETFs are issued by Backed Finance (xStocks); the pre-IPO exposure tokens are issued by PreStocks. getstonked has no relationship with either issuer and no relationship with the companies whose names those instruments reference.

The catalogue also lists crypto assets — memecoins and stablecoins among them. They are third-party tokens too, with their own issuers and their own risks: a memecoin can lose all its value, and a stablecoin can lose its peg. A pool quoted in one pays its holders in that token, not in stock.

Holding one of these tokens conveys no shareholding and no vote. xStocks pass a dividend on by raising the token balance, through a multiplier, rather than paying it out; what, if anything, a PreStocks token passes on is its issuer's to say. Each of these mints is a Token-2022 mint whose issuer holds a permanent delegate authority — the issuer can transfer the tokens out of any account, including yours, including a curve's vault or a pool's — along with authorities that can pause transfers and set a default frozen state. Some carry a transfer fee, taken on every hop. Redemption, if it exists at all, is governed entirely by the issuer's own terms.

Anthropic and OpenAI have both publicly stated that special-purpose-vehicle transfers of their shares made without board approval are invalid. Treat the redemption value of the corresponding pre-IPO tokens as unproven.

07 No advice, no recommendation

Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Tokens listed here were made by whoever launched or paired them, the site's own team included. A listing is not an endorsement, a verification of the token, or a claim that its pool is safe. You are responsible for your own diligence on every asset and pool you interact with.

A pool marked as a community takeover was opened by a wallet with no proven link to the token; the site allows this only when every authority on the mint is revoked and DexScreener lists an approved community takeover, its creator holds 0.1% of the supply or less, or its creator has been silent for 90 days, and only to a wallet holding at least 0.1% of the supply. The first such wallet runs the token here from then on. Running a coin's tools without a pool follows the same rule, except that its creator or a mint authority replaces a takeover. The site holds such a pair to the memecoin split with no other recipients.

08 Risk, and no warranty

The lock. Every pool here is locked in Raydium's lock program, which has no release instruction in the bytecode deployed today: neither the creator nor the site can withdraw it. Raydium can upgrade that program, and holds the only key that could change this. That is a risk the site carries with you and cannot remove, and no page here claims otherwise.

The issuers. The issuer of every stock in the catalogue can pause transfers of it and, through its permanent delegate, move it out of any account — a curve's vault, a pool, the payout wallet or yours. A paused stock stops the curve, the pool and the payouts in it until the issuer lifts the pause. What a pre-IPO token is worth at the company's IPO, if anything, is its issuer's to say.

The crank. A filled curve is opened into its pool by Raydium's own crank wallet, on Raydium's schedule — minutes to about half an hour on the curves watched so far. The site cannot run it, hurry it, or promise when it runs. A curve is never refunded: what is on it backs the curve price for anyone who sells, and a curve nobody fills stays open. A pool opened on the pair road is irreversible the moment it exists, and locked in the next transaction.

Everything else. Tokens can lose all their value, and payouts depend on trading and are not guaranteed. The payout wallet's key is held on a server; if it were lost or stolen, what that wallet holds — the ladder's tokens, fees awaiting payout, top-ups, vesting and claims — could be lost with it. The milestone ladder and team vesting are records and a wallet, not programs. Smart contracts and this interface may contain defects. The software is provided as is, without warranty, and the operator accepts no liability for losses arising from its use to the extent the law allows.
